Bunna Buena is a small-batch cold brew workshop in Dubai. This page explains what we collect when you submit a Batch Request, and why.

When you request bottles, we store the details you enter: your name, WhatsApp or mobile number, optional email, area, delivery address, and any delivery notes, together with the bottles you requested and the batch they belong to. We keep that request history so we can brew, deliver, and recognise a returning customer on a later batch.

We use this information only to operate Bunna Buena — to confirm your request, brew the batch, reach you about delivery, and run the weekly workshop. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Requests are stored in our operating database and are visible to the Bunna Buena owner in the workshop tools. We keep them for as long as we need them to fulfil batches and understand returning customers, then we remove them when they are no longer needed.

Questions about your details — or a request to correct or delete them — can be sent on WhatsApp, or by reaching us at the email you left on your request.
